Yukon

“Yukon” is the first release at ‘The Address’, a 4 staged multi-unit development at Wentworth Point developed by Sekisui house. Yukon is set to be the premium development located right on Homebush Bay waterfront with uninterrupted views across the bay. The podium is defined by a set of geometric shapes evoking the ripples of waves graduating through an open space. The result is a lush landscape with a series of recreational nodes culminating with a raised north-facing pool area. Terraced turf areas adjoin the pool area providing space for residents to relax in with views out towards the water. Yukon is currently under construction with a completion date before Christmas 2014.
